Located a 5 minute walk away from the centre of Thame, St Mary’s has convenient links to local bus services as well as being near excellent pubs, restaurants and community spaces. Hire of our space directly supports the running of our church and our wider vision to transform the community of Thame through the radical love of Jesus.

Times and Rates for 2026
We typically offer half-day hires split into Morning (9am-1.30pm), Afternoon (1.30pm-6pm), and Evening (6pm-10.30pm). If you would like an hourly rate (minimum of two hours) please let us know upon your booking.

We offer significant discounts for charities and community partners. If you think you qualify, let us know upon your booking.
We are also open to discussing sharing profits from ticket sales. Please let us know upon your booking if you would like to discuss this further.
What’s included?
*Advanced AV System/Sound System use (including use of streaming via the church PC & advanced sound system use) requires a flat fee of £175 – this fee includes the provision of one of our own trained technicians for two hours. After that, we charge £75 every two additional hours they are required. Additional church technician (if required) – £75 for two hours. Only applicable for more complex setups. This is at the discretion of the church tech team.
