Children, Young People and Families
Our heart is to be an inter-generational church where we all learn from one another. On Sunday mornings at 11am we have Kids Church, a group for school year 7 up, and a monthly all-age service. Our young people learn, explore and grow in faith in their day-to-day lives. Our dedicated, skilled and creative leaders bring sessions to life with Bible stories, games, song, craft and prayer. All with the aim of inspiring a life-long love of Jesus.
In Sunday services we have a toddler area for smaller children with activities for them to enjoy.
During the service we don’t want you to worry if your child cries or makes some noise; we all have experience of just what kids do and would love you and your children to feel at home!
For children aged 4-11 and their families
Sparklers
Sparklers is a popular toddler (0-5’s) and carers group. We meet in St Mary’s Church building every Wednesday in term time, from 9am to 11am.
It is a time for fun, friendship and a cuppa, with toys to play with, craft activities and more. We have a singsong and story from 10.30am.
We do not make a charge, but voluntary donations are always appreciated.

Kids Church
Our Kids Church, on Sunday mornings, is a great place for children aged 4-11 years old. We get together to explore, in a fun way, the themes of the Bible story for the day. We have activities, craft, singing and games.
So that children and families feel a part of the wider church, we stay in the church service for the first 10-15 mins, before heading off as a group to the Thame Barns Centre, which is just next door. Once a month the children stay in church for an All-Age service where they participate in various ways.

For Young People aged 11 – 18
Elevate Youth – Sunday evenings
Our youth group meets in term time on Sunday evenings between 6.30-8pm for fun, games, chat and snacks. We have a varied programme, we will sometimes talk about faith and how it impacts our lives, we also have chilled fun sessions and socials. For some weeks we meet with another youth group from Cornerstone Church.
